Mesa Verde Indian Ruins in Colorado

Today we went to the Mesa Verde Indian Ruins National Park. We loved it! But it was an unplanned trip. The Lady at the hotel just told us about it and said we should go. So we did… But none of us were prepared. We Hiked all day in flip flips, Shorts, and no sun screen. But it was fun anyway. At one point I was so busy trying to take a picture I did not notice a snake by my feet. I almost stepped on it. That would have been Fun. After that we saw a lot of snakes. But we also saw Wild horses… which were beautiful. We Left CO around 5 pm for our drive back home. On the way home I was so sick from being over heated due to sunburn I thought I was going to up-chuck. But I didn’t and we got home safely around 12:30am
