You just don't mess with a mother protecting her child...

This was passed to me in an email and I had to share! Loved it

Squirrel and Dog

Can you imagine being the photographer who caught this?

Lab has baby squirrel pinned down...

and Mother sees it from above!
Mom takes action! God gets it from Mom and baby gets away!

Mother consoles baby ...

Look at the dog's face. He has to be thinking...

"What the heck just happened???

I just got my butt kicked by a squirrel!!!"

Back to school

Twas the night before school started, when all through the town, the parents were cheering... it was a riotous sound!

By 8, kids were washed and tucked into bed... wherememories of homework filled them with dread! New pencils, new folders, new notebooks too! New teachers, new friends... Their anxiety grew!

The parents just giggles when they learned of this fright - and shouted upstairs: "Go to bed, it's a school night"

I hope the Twins, Griffin and Little Heather have a great school year!

CALLING ALL COOKS; A NEW RECIPE

CALLING ALL COOKS; A NEW RECIPE

Red-Neck Turtle Burgers
Here's a new twist on burgers and if you don't cook,
give this recipe to someone that does and request them.

Handmade ground beef patties, topped with sharp cheddar cheese, wrapped in a bacon weave, then the next step, add hotdogs as the heads, legs with slits for toes and tail.
Next step. Place on an oven rack, covered loosely with foil and baked for 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
A little crispy, not too crunchy...just how a turtle should be, no?
